    Pros

free coffee... and realising you can´t get any worse than that!

    Cons

Upper management has no respect for employees, not even for the middle management.
No ethics, they just want to make money.
the company is doomed because nobody wants to work there anymore, and because they constantly fail to deliver to the customers.
You feel like a slave of the modern world.
Never seen a company with so many smoke addicted people, its the stress I´m sure.

    Advice to Management

You can´t sell the company if it does´t exist... stop thinking you can manage that. Give up and bring in real managers.

    I worked at TIMWE full-time

    Pros

TIMWE is a nice Company to growth, because is a company in a constant mutation and every day appear new opportunities and new challenges.
The average age is low, what makes that the work environment is very informal.
The management is also young what increase the informal treatment between everyone.
As a Company with a lot of new challenges every day, this makes that you need to have or develop new skills to address these opportunities.

    Cons

In some cases, the dynamic in Timwe may sound a disorganized, what is a consequence of their large geographic dispersion.
Direct superiors cannot have full availability to teach and advise you, because in Timwe everything need a quick response.
The stress is a constant in Timwe, in consequence of the Top Management is always On and the decision process is to sort and quick.

I have been working at TIMWE full-time

    Pros

TIMWE might be a big company but it has a familiar environment. Everyone is nice, I've always felt that I could ask anything to anyone. If I didn't understand something, they'd explain, if I needed help, I know I could count on everyone.
Besides all this, the schedules are very flexible and if for some reason I couldn't go to work, they were very understanding .
Another positive aspect is the fact that TIMWE pays their interns, which make us feel like we matter and are part of the company, even if it's just for a couple of months.

    Cons

When they asked me something to do they rarely explained what was it for

    - you on your weekends and after work hours and you never get paid for those extra hours.
    - you work with lazy people who will ask you to do their job for them, and they will push anything your way.
    - after working for more than a year, you will find out that 6 month is more than enough.

I worked at TIMWE full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Your colleagues will be the best part that will take it from there.

    Cons

Will summarize: If you love programming this is not the place for you!

    The cons:
    - You will not program almost anything, more configurations that code.
    - When you start doing something you will want to go back to the configurations...
    - You can hear the CEO scream with employes and no one says anything
    - You are supposed to work more than 8 hours a day and neither of them will be paid to you (arrive before 9am and left past 7pm)
    - You are supposed to work almost side by side with marketing teams, they will come and get you, to work for them!

    Advice to Management

First, you need to think on behalf of your developers!

    - Respect your employees
    - Don't make them work illegal hours
    - Start using sprints instead of tickets!
    - Plane ahead new features
    - Start refactoring the old ones
    - Assemble a team responsible for maintaining the good features
    - Give your developers better tools like a monitor for each of them!
