    Pros

    Easy money.... some nice coworkers and 15 min break. I have no more pros but the minimum is 20 so.

    Unprofessional and annoying co workers
    You can’t interfere with a stealer.
    You get. A small discount of 10%
    Open late
    Rude customers

    Don’t be rude to your employees

    Be nice to your employees. Don't act like you're better than everyone else just because you're one position up from them. Don't find everything wrong with what your employees are doing. Look out for their successes and compliment them - IT MAKES FOR BETTER WORKERS!

    Pros

    Easy job. I worked at fitting room so didn’t have to deal with much. The people were also friendly and got paid every week.

    Cons

    Count every small mistake and sometimes if you did that certain mistake wrong a number of times it could result in getting fired.
