    Pros

YOU get discounts to BOB's, Marshalls, and homegoods, as well as tjmaxx. Relaxing job-not too fast paced, great place to work.

    Cons

Low pay-like 8 an hour, you can't wear jeans. All the good stuff is taken before I had a chance to even look.

    Advice to Management

This store have a ton of great selection of clothes, shoes, sheets, etc. Sometime you have to dig around for it but it is worth the effort! I have purchased several Coach bags here for the fraction of retail price.

    Pros

Great opportunity for advancement in this company.

    Cons

Sometimes politics can prohibit advancement. I personally haven't been a victim of this, but see others that have not been promoted because they weren't part of the "boys club", even though they were the most qualified candidate.
