This company for the most part cares deeply for drivers. Based on my experience at times the company puts drivers first.

      Pros

Nice equipment, paid for good hotels on the road. Made it home pretty consistently on the weekends.

      Cons

Training was really cut throat, staff was rude talked to trainees like they were in boot camp, staff used racial slurs. Fleet managers only care about the load, they asked me to keep driving after I told them I was injured from a wench bar slipping and hitting me in the face. That was my first job out of Truck driving school. I was discharged for an unsafe lane change and they had me drive all the way from Tennessee to Indiana to tell me that then they told me I had to find my own way home to Toledo, OH. They did not provide a rental or a bus ticket, they left me stranded and I had to find my own way home. And on top of that they kept my last check.

      Pros

better than a 9-5, they cover the bases, you get your CDL which is a robo teat set-up. Annett owns everything you touch including freight or the companies you haul. Even owns 51% of pilot the rumor is.

      Cons

fleet managers are terrible and half of them lie. Tmc is a hand-on training school. They lie here and there and are paid too do so. Egotistical. Bunch of bored military fools who forgot how big the world is and probably have a hard time keeping up with the world and its trends. They clown around to much and play the whole he said she said nonsense
