    Pros

If you only need a job for a few months. This could be ok.

    Cons

If you do take this job, don't believe them if they say sales takes time. You are expected to produce, but even if you do. Commission structure is set up so that they take your account make it a house account. More cost effective to burn through sales people that to truly train. My advice is to not waste your time. If not if you will get fired. It's when.

    Advice to Management

Don't micromanage and threaten write ups all the time. Try two positives then a negative.

I have been working at TMD Temporaries as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Pay varies based on the companies that TMD provides workers to, but the agency does make a genuine effort to find work for those who prove themselves able and willing to do the tasks set before them.

    Cons

Like all other temp agencies, jobs are always uncertain, resulting in inconsistent wages from week to week, resulting in one being unable to plan a budget over a long time.

I worked at TMD Temporaries as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

They have a temporary agency that will put you on a job site and sometimes it can become a permanent job.

    Cons

Not enough contract work to live on.

    Advice to Management

You were wonderful to work for but it wasn't enough to support myself. Try to improve the number of contracts per employee and see if you can expand a little.
