    Not many but business is good, not many sincere employees to execute the projects though.

    Cons

    No Benefits, Low salaries, no proper management. Blame games everywhere. Seniors and juniors, both don't like to work

    Learn how to retain good resources and get rid of all the useless seniors you are employing
