I worked at TMS Health full-time

    Pros

The location has a lot of places to eat nearby. There are other companies within the facility. The building is pretty secure.

    Cons

Mgmt breathing down your neck to hit ridiculous goal to only NOT get paid your commission. Bio breaks come out of your legally mandated break time so save those for your paltry 30 minute lunch in the crowded cafeteria.

    Advice to Management

Stop micromanaging and shortchanging then your employees will be more productive. Also let people know that it is in fact a call center.

I worked at TMS Health full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent hours, easy work, friendly co workers, easy interview process, decent medical, dental, vision benefits and 401k package, decent training

    Cons

Terrible management, no communication between management and front line reps, micro managing to the max, no room for growth, broken promises

    Advice to Management

This is by far the worst company I have worked for. Management is too focused on making themselves look good for Ken Cross but not actually caring about how their reps are doing. The Scranton office promotes people based on how much of a suck up you are and not by how well you preform the job or if you're actually qualified for it. Morale was always low since there were so incentives to be earned since we "didn't have a budget". Many people who were promoted are still waiting for raises after 6 months of being in their new position. So my advice my advice would be to just skip on employment here, it's where careers go to die.

I have been working at TMS Health full-time

    Pros

you get some kind of pay

    Cons

management is horrible, rules are impossible, feels like you are in a prison cell from 830-5pm, clock in and out just to use the restroom. Once you get a note to file or a write up it stays there forever, no holiday only PTO that you usually must use for doctors appts etc, they do not take doctors notes so be prepared and have FMLA. No raises.

    Advice to Management

Grow up, get a degree, stop treating employees like they are children or trash. Deflate your egos.

    Pros

free popcorn is made on the daily. easy sell but compensation is horrible and very unorganized

    Cons

they are very stingy, you do not get any paid holidays unless you're there for 180 days, you have to sign in and out overtime you have to use the bathroom, go get a drink of water and for lunch which is only 30 min. The managers are very stuck up and do not care about new employees. You're not allowed anything on the floor phone, computer anything they monitor everything you do your not allowed to talk to your coworkers

    Advice to Management

we are not dealing with anything that is confidential there is no reason we cannot have our phone or get written up if we do have them.

I worked at TMS Health full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Consistent paycheck is alright, but no raises

    Cons

They do not care about employees, it's a revolving door with no opportunity for advancement. No raises, lacking benefits, environment of fear that crushes your soul

    Advice to Management

Stop micromanaging....a chimpanzee can do your job. That is why your rating is so low, you are incompetent of retaining talent due to such a lackluster occupation

    Cons

    Micromanagent taken to the extreme.
Seated for 8 hours, never get to move out of your seat. (One 3 minutes to the rest room!)

Please stay away and be warned.

    Advice to Management
