    Pros

Owner/President a good guy to work with and for. Flexible with OM hours and time off when needed for family reasons. Owner and the shareholders care about the people and employee retention/longevity. Strong, viable, secure company. Decent benefits. Good people to work with.

    Cons

Small. Does not have resources like larger companies, with respect to management counter parts. Information technology. Small.

    Advice to Management

Communicate. Be cognizant of the time/hours put in by Office Manager.

    Pros

Comprehensive benefits; even though it's a call center, you have your own nice, clean cubicle; the other customer service people are nice; working at the GSK location, you have a great, inexpensive cafeteria; beautiful building...

    Cons

You are very scripted; it's not true customer service, more of a cover-the-corporate-butt kind of job; GSK seems like a good company, but TMS is not and you are caught in the middle. If you don't brown nose, you have no chance of moving up. TMS stinks.

    Advice to Management

Treat customer service people like people, not robots.
