    Pros

    Decent pay and very rewarding to be able to help those through the dying process. Plenty of time to spend with each patient.

    Cons

    Very unorganized and fellow workers not as competent as should be taking care of patients at this level. Must take call rotation. Wear and tear on your vehicle.
