    Pros

Deep subject-matter expertise, reasonably good benefits, good work-life balance including flexible hours, no mandatory 9 to 5 presence, good reputation in the Netherlands.

    Cons

Somewhat old-fashioned (although this is changing), dependence on government subsidies, not as well-known abroad as, for e.g., Fraunhofer Institute.

    Pros

The engineers are not only engineers but also scientist there for they are real expertise, in their field. The projects are high tech and the company has facilities to design and product.

    Cons

It is really hard to say negative things about TNO. Because it is one of the best scientific based engineering and research company in the Netherlands. The only negative thing is that the open application required two master degrees or PhD degree.

    Advice to Management

I have not any advice to manager, because I am not directly contact with him therefore my judgment will not be true . But there is not any obvious thing that I observed from managers.
