I worked at TNS Global full-time

    Pros

Great benefits. Flexible work schedule; could work from home when necessary. Great teams to work with. Good place to build a foundation.

    Cons

Lots of layoffs. Not as collaborative as I would have liked. Very much a top-down organization. Forms and processes are great, but often resulted in more work to get anything accomplished.

    Advice to Management

Clients want to be introduced to their teams early. Having a corporate sponsor is great, but ultimately the people doing the work and crucial to discussions. Foster more of an environment to train current employees, versus hiring haphazardly to fill a void for the moment.
