I have been working at TNT USA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Friendly and encouraging team, savvy upper management. Customer focus and willingness to go above the call of duty.

    Cons

European focus, all units are not regarded as equal, some functions are willing to tolerate mediocre performance, pay level will never be class leading (in the USA).

    Advice to Management

Retain top talent, improve on the job training and mentorship, add client retention as a component to each department's KPIs, continue to focus on the client.

I have been working at TNT USA full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The benefit package perhaps is the best in the industry.

    Cons

Office culture is very clique oriented, if you are not a part of the clique, you are not a part of the organization.
Internal communication almost does not exist, expect to be the last person to find out about the change on company policy.

    Advice to Management

Upper management actually are the root of some issues.
