    If working condition for shipping companies survey is carried out, I am sure Torm will stand on top of the list.

    I worked at TORM as a contractor (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Torm is a good company in industry.minimum contract.good salary prospect.and worldwide treding.most people like working in this company.

    No any challenges this is my thought.good company.good company crew.and dealing with crew good.i like working in torm. I love this.no

    I have been working at TORM full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Provides good working culture, concern for safety of employees working onboard, optimum growth environment, decent and in-time salaries.

    Cons

    Aging fleet, excessive budget cuts.

    Advice to Management

    Budget cuts are imperative in this competitive market but offshore staff should also feel the burden of it as much as onboard staff do.

    it provides safe and good atmosphere to serve in his company

    Cons

    the management is only listening to the upper top ranks might be they are wrong or right

    the contract for crew has to be renewed and it should be of six months i.e.. enough from every angel
