    The marketing team was a fast paced and intriguing work environment that stimulated creativity.

    This was a Contract based position, I wish I had more time at the company.

    Pros

    Decent pay, and a lot of good co-workers to be around.

    Cons

    If you are not Japanese forget it, you are nothing.
    Leadership does not care about the hard working employees, only about doing what the Japanese executive want.
    Too many HR employees are friends with executives, and HR can not be trusted.

    Advice to Management

    Bring in new blood for HR.
    Listen to your Managers, and lower level employees

    Pros

    The pay seemed decent at first.

    Cons

    Would completely take advantage of salaried employees - often I would have to work nights, weekends, or up to 12 days in a row with no extra pay or even comp time.

    TOTO USA takes care of the employees by recognizing the employees and their efforts. TOPTO also offers good benefits. The brand and product we sell is "Top of the line"

    Professional atmosphere and many opportunities to learn different skills.

    Work culture is somewhat toxic, Decisions and progress are slow to develop and as a result, is a drain on employee morale.

    Seriously review the executive team's roles and responsibilities. Leadership comes from the top. If there is no urgency from a high level to change a broken system, there is little chance the system will be fixed,
