I have been working at TPP Recruitment full-time

    Pros

There has been significant investment to provide the ancillary resources the department needs to realize new donors.

    Cons

General lack of knowledge and contacts to sustain giving program.

    Advice to Management

Spend time allocating resources appropriately. The work continues to be delegated to one person and the top managers cannot even operate or maneuver within the donor database they are charged to maintain.

The above review does not appear to refer to TPP Recruitment. We are a specialist charity recruitment consultancy and do not operate a fundraising program.

I have been working at TPP Recruitment part-time

    Pros

As most of the clients TPP works with are in the not for profit sector, it's very important that we have an ethical approach, with a view to long-term partnerships rather than short-term profits. Most consultants choose to work with TPP as they want to help support the sector.

    Cons

It's not an environment for someone looking for a typical corporate recruitment job, with a focus on high turnover and huge commissions.

    Pros

Flexible hours to work around. Worked well as a student

    Cons

Unreliable work, could potentially not be working for weeks
