    Pros

    Working Hours were adjustable to allow work / life balance.

    Cons

    Leadership did not make non-military do their jobs.

    Tata Culture
    Employee friendly policies
    Interaction with top management
    Decent Medical facilities
    OVERALL a good company to work with can pay well if you negotiate (for experienced people)

    Cons

    Company is in loss
    nO profit sharing
    lot of unnecessary pressure from top management
    Chaotic environment
    You have to be smart enough to survive here otherwise there are high chances that you will be burdened by your boss and no one will recognize your contribution

    Advice to Management

    Management can be more open to suggestion and can recruit some more decent people

    I worked at TRF (More than a year)

    Pros

    Day to day care of horses and of the farm. Consists of about 53 horses, 20 stall barn, and 110 acres. Did everything from grooming, injury detection and treatment, fence repair, gardening, horse training, etc.

    Cons

    Take a risk working with 1000lbs+ animals. Hard work upkeeping the huge property. Getting close to animals and having to say bye when you adopt them out.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to do what you do. Its a beautiful farm and it brings happiness to many people. Its a good deed giving the horses a great life.

    Pros

    Person who want to develop his skill in Material Handling should work to learn by himself. No one is willing to guide.

    Cons

    Individual alone has to work.

    Advice to Management

    Please change the management. A new generation management should take the charge.

    To many Equipements and Site to visit
    Direct Dealing with stakeholders

    Very few Skilled People left in Organization

    To Get Technology , so that every thing is monitored by that
