    I have been working at TRG Customer Solutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    I don't have any. But they are all good people. They work hard and they stay focus on the job at hand. They treat you with good customer service.

    Cons

    They are very miserable about their job. It doesn't make sense because their job is insanely easy. They make quick decisions based on very little knowledge.

    Advice to Management

    I don't have any advice. But if I had to choose none thing that I could advise them it would be to choose slow when you hire someone. It seems you guys just hire anyone off the street.

    You meet Lots a great team members that become friends.

    No breaks, no consideration for any type of emergency situation life or death.

    Pros

    above average pay for entry to mid level customer support experience.

    Cons

    -Unrealistic schedule guidelines
    -Inadequate time allotted for breaks
    -QA team overemphasised metric goals during coaching reviews, making problem resolution and customer service seem less valuable. Recognition and praise for customer satisfaction was nonexistent because of contact stats.

    I worked at TRG Customer Solutions full-time

    Pros

    the pay was nice you were payed for 88 hours instead of 80 sometimes ninety.

    Cons

    the benefits some good some lousy, you had to come to work and hour early to find a place to sit or a chair that was not broken. Their 401k stunk they would not match. You had to go from 1 to 429 schedule and pick the top three you would like to have. Mind you, you have to either start at 429 and work your way down to 1 or start at 1 and work your way up to 429. if promoted the most you would receive as a raise was 75 cents.

    Advice to Management

    Get schedules for that building alone preferably 3 shifts not 429. Match your employees 401k. They are the ones helping you to make that money. Ever hear the saying take care of your employees and they will take care of you?

    Becoming friends with coworkers. Learning how bad a job can be.

    Cons

    Management does not develop and does not care if you live or die. Its all about saving their jobs. They have absolutely no idea what is going on with the programs.

    Advice to Management

    Quit!!!!

    Pros

    The overtime that was granted us , most gratefully. The real break room. The best part was starting at 11.45 hr.

    Cons

    Limited breaks,unpaid lunch,fringe bebifits.Id like to have more outdoor time to walk or smoke. Lack of health care.

    I liked working for TRG In Charleston Wv and was offered a position in pittsburgh but hag to turn it d own.But now i live in washington Pa. Im ready to go on the phone lines and i got a car

    decent pay, up to date software (PC & headset), sociable co workers

    Poor management, not enough incentives, no upward mobility, long hours, favoritism, have to find a seat to work from.

    In best interest to actually hire management professionals who are highly qualified.

    Schedule does not stay the same. Will write you up for not selling a product

    They should be more concerned on how they treat their employees and not be so harsh and inconsiderate

    "The atmosphere is great and enjoyable. Experienced personnel whom tends to help and guide you in every aspect.

    Cons

    "Breaks should be evenly distributed in order to give proper rest. However it's not such a big issue at all and when one becomes use to it it's not a problem at all."
