    People were really vested in making good products.
    Good pay
    Flexible scehdules

    Completely confused on strategic direction
    Down trending business
    Focused on aesthetics of the product but not function or pricing

    Advice to Management

    Align strategies around growth to show people there's a long term future.

    I worked at TRG Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Flat hierarchy, excellent growth opportunity given mostly to the best of employees in their respective area of expertise.

    Cons

    Poor annual appraisal structure. Salaries were not given at time. Chaotic reaching frustrating environment causing dedicated and loyal employees to burn out and quit.
