Good place to get experience with incident action planning software, ICS, contacts at major energy companies.

    Cons

Travel alot, owner like to call the shots on all lines of business - which spreads him thin and hampers the efficient implementation of projects. Travel way to much and not fully compensated for the amount of time you work at Incidents. Work life balance gets distorted.

    I worked at TRG full-time

    Pros

Opportunity to work alongside some of the smartest Pakistanis in business. Merit based organization with few politics: high degree of transparency (downside: high pace of work and pressure) allows for fast track careers and explore to founders and senior leadership. Great place to learn tech hands on, and excellent learning ground for young leaders. Forward looking if convoluted business model with high upside.

    Cons

Very entrepreneurial culture hence not for those that require structure and a clearly defined career path. Senior management, while extremely capable and intelligent, tends to micro manage too much, stifling creativity and individual growth.

    Advice to Management

Acknowledge achievements of the folks behind the scenes (tech, back office, operations). Reward tenure and loyalty through holding company incentives.

They need to position better managers and some really skilled and on merit basis.
