I worked at TRIA Beauty (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent pay, ok benefits and few good people. Most of the staff are doing best they can with limited resources and constant changes. The product actually works and its the best in current market.

    Cons

Upper management are the worst I've seen in 10+ years working in this environment. To be blunt, they will lie, yell and belittle you in front of other employees while adding more job responsibilities without any additional incentives. Constantly telling their staff to "take ownership" while giving very few direction if any. Most management are padding their resume, using their upper "friends" to add in Linkedin and using this to launch to another management position.

    Advice to Management

Nothing to say because they won't listen.

    Pros

Pay was decent, and it's in a nice location

    Cons

NO collaboration, Leadership was too high in the clouds to know what was going on. I'm surprised the place is still running.

    Pros

All of the employees are genuine, hard working and wants the company to succeed.

    Cons

Upper management have been known to lie and say things to avoid the truth and confrontation. The CEO (Peter Wyles) was hired as a hatchet man. His vision is horrible and lacks integrity. When employees choose to leave because they realize the ship is sinking. Peter Wyles has yelled and belittled exiting employees and refuse to speak to them for the duration of there employment.
