I have been working at TRU Corporation full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There are no pros to working here unless you are desperate for a job.

    Cons

Executive team has NO idea of what they are doing. Business keeps going down and to manage the decline they hire new sales people and layoff the workers. The Executives and VPs are very clickly and do not motivate at all. They throw in your face their free lunchs, cars, lack of hours they put in. They allow managers to treat you poorly.

    Advice to Management

Get a new exec team that actually knows how to run a business and motivate the employees.

    Pros

The senior management seem to have a clear view of where they would like the company to go.

    Cons

At times it can be very inpersonal. management tended to see employees as expendable at all times.

    Advice to Management

Make the employees feel wanted and needed. Not just management.
