    Cronyism galore, major fraud, backstabbing. They favor folks with just high school or GED as managers over more educated folks with advanced degrees.

    Cons

    20 X worse than the above.

    I have been working at TSA (Transportation Security Administration) (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    PAY! and benefits! Starts at 17.69 in Atlanta at 25 hours a week... but U can pick up hours easily! Normal federal health/dental/ life/ savings plans.... and bonuses.

    Cons

    Environment... your working to protect people who curse you out for doing your job! And have to deal with management's bull and it's frustrating

    Advice to Management

    All supervisors need classes on how to speak to your employees... we need more positive morale... we get enough crap from the ungrateful passengers...

    What good about my previous work i had fair enough salary with excellent benifits such as medical insurance for me & my family

    The annual bonus wasn't fair enough ar all & i haven't get paid for putting my life in risk

    I have been working at TSA (Transportation Security Administration) part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Paid time off, full health benefits, job security in that you will not be laid off, good pay, easy to get other jobs within DHS.

    Cons

    Can be strict at times, a big enough mistake can cost you your job, even though you are given sick hours, if you use to many within a 6 month period, you could be put on leave restriction or hired.
