I have been working at TSA (Transportation Security Administration) full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Benefits. There are some great people that work there and the experiences you get from the federal government. The opportunity to do countless things.

    Cons

The people you work with and passengers. It's rough getting yelled at by passengers but it's worse when it comes from your own people.

    Advice to Management

Trust your people and let them do their jobs and reward them for doing it.
