    Pros

    They offer good health and dental benefits.

    Competitive pay with commission on sales.

    The interviewing process makes things clear about the job and what you are expected to do.

    They offer extra bonuses on top of your commission.

    Cons

    Like with any commission type jobs the pay does vary week to week. However good completed sales means good pay checks.

    I have been working at TSD Global full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    This company promotes from within. If you bring skills from previous positions or if you show natural skills it is noticed. Weekends off! Really good hours and it is full time. I am very happy that I found this company.

    Cons

    If you have not worked in a call center before it does take a little time to get used to the way certain things are done. However there are lots of people to assist you.

    Ice cream vending machine.

    Pros

    Excellent salespeople. Proficient, diligent, rewarding.

    Cons

    Lousy internal management. Almost no effective communication. Inconsistent program information rampant. Crappy attitudes. Favoritism.

    Advice to Management

    Retrain every last area or get out and stop holding us back.

    Pros

    Who doesn't love a company where your hard work is noticed and they promote from within? That is my story plus at least 6 of my co-workers. The work environment is very pleasant, management is supportive and we all have an opportunity to grow.

    None at this time for sure!

    They hire people with little experience.
