Pros
- Work/life balance - Company events - Interactions with team members and managers - Professional and personal growth
Cons
- Working with providers and their money being tied to government regulations means you really have to be organized, completely knowledgeable of the information that you are relaying, and extremely professional in how information is conveyed to these providers - Some times of the year are a lot busier than others -- not necessarily the same workload year-round

Cons
Do you like being underpaid and under-appreciated? If so, this is the place for you!

Thanks for your feedback. We are committed to ensuring our team members are successful and happy as we truly believe that happy team members result in happy clients. Our approach to this in the QP Services team includes weekly 1-on-1 sessions between team member and manager, more-often-than-normal performance evaluations (“coaching sessions”) and compensation increases, overtime pay during busy seasons, and flexibility by offering “flex” schedules every other week to those QP Specialists that wish to participate. We conduct annual 360-degree performance evaluations where team members have an opportunity to provide feedback about their manager directly to Senior Management. Pre-COVID, our efforts even included small tokens of appreciation like “food truck Tuesdays,” a crunchy ice machine, standing desks, appreciation gifts. During COVID the use of webcams during meetings, discussions reinforcing of work-life balance, and “truly optional” virtual happy hours are designed to continue the sense of family/community among the team. In fact, the manager for this particular team goes above and beyond. Their commitment to their team is both professional and personal in nature: they facilitate prioritization exercises when team members request workload guidance, regularly assign tasks based on team member interest, address leadership and career growth opportunities during coaching sessions, communicate with their team members regularly about “extracurricular” interests, and even sent personal holiday appreciation cards to team members during the holidays. TSI Healthcare is proud to be the recipient of Best Places To Work for nine years running. That award analyzes anonymous survey data from all of our employees submitted to a third party. One of the top positive factors listed in the results continues to be our "commitment to team member success." With that said, we’re sad to hear your experience doesn’t align with that of a majority of our 200+ other team members. We will certainly take the feedback into account and hope this is also a learning opportunity for the anonymous reviewer: the most effective way to see change is to address any challenges while you were here by being an active participant in the process. We would have honestly loved to engage with you in those discussions. As we share with prospective and current team members- You are our #1 resource and our door (albeit virtual during the pandemic) is ALWAYS open. Best of luck on your future endeavors.
