I worked at TSMC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very stable, dominator in semiconductor manufacturing.

    Cons

Strong engineering capability but poor and unprofessional business departments.

    Advice to Management

Don't hire very senior foundry employees to run PM or BD. They're simply non-professional and should better stay in manufacturing positions.
