I worked at TSMC as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very discipline and hard working employees. The company has great welfare system that you could enjoy free fruit as afternoon tea. It's a good experience to work there for two months.

    Cons

Most of the people work late. They really devoted themselves to work. The company restaurants were not good enough for those hard-working people.

    Advice to Management

I would say it's a little bit too intense that employee should take more rest. Other than that, It's a wonderful company! It's getting better and better.

I worked at TSMC (Less than a year)

    Pros

They have one of the highest pays in Taiwan for the semiconductor industry. It is also an internationally known company, so workers can lean a lot about the newest technology trends.

    Cons

With high pay, the workload is not light. It might be necessary to work overtime to get things finished. However, this is how life is in Asia, and generally this has a high CP value in terms of worker benefits.
