    Pros

    Great Benefits, Amazing Management, a near PERFECT work/personal life balance. I really can't express how great it feels to have a company that truly cares about their employees. It's refreshing in this day and age to not be looked at as just a replaceable asset.

    Cons

    I legitimately can't think of any cons.

    Advice to Management

    I really can't give any advice here. The old saying of "Don't try to fix something if it's not broken" really expresses this. Don't change what you're doing at all, because it's working.

    Pros

    TSP has the healthiest work culture that I have personally experienced in my professional career. I know that I am a respected member of a team that strives for excellence, models integrity, and genuinely cares about its employees and the customers we serve.

    Cons

    Sometimes corporate events don't coordinate well with major project schedules out in the field. Enhanced communication with field leadership prior to planning company events might avoid conflicts and yield greater employee participation.

    Advice to Management

    Keep focusing on the positive and healthy staff culture. It truly sets us apart.

    Pros

    Relaxed, family atmosphere. Flexible management that respects your work/life balance. I've never worked for a company in which the CEO and President will both walk around the office and speak with each employee – and not just a passing "Hey how are you" but will engage in conversation about anything, it's refreshing.

    Cons

    I wish the fruit basket came twice a week – I'd clean it out.

    Pros

    Work from home is awesome. Go on site, do the work, then go home. Totally spoiled by it. Can't go back to the M-F 9-5 grind

    Cons

    lower pay then standard for the industry. 24/7 oncall standby stinks and "compensation" for it is a joke.

    Pros

    Technology Service Professionals is a fantastic company to work for and there really is not another place that I would prefer to call home! Our employees are very dedicated to the work that they do and most everyone is very passionate about their jobs here. From personal experience, I have never felt more involved in an organization than I do here and the main factors are the amazing people and the culture.

    Cons

    One of the downsides that I have seen at Technology Service Professionals is that, on occasion, there can be limited access to our employees in the field from the corporate headquarters or even from their managers if it is a busy time of year on one end or the other.

    Advice to Management

    Bridging that gap can be a tough problem to solve, but as long as management attempts to solve the problem I think the employees will see it. Working towards a solution is one of the many talents we have after all.

    They are over all a laid back company with a lot to learn being a third party service provider.

    Cons

    Relay too much on what customer expects instead of contracting a specific service and adding services as added value over time for a price limiting growth potential.

    Advice to Management

    You will always be searching for people if you commit to customer that tech has to be perfect.
