Good for what it is

WFH, decent pay to answer phones.
Cons
Tsys acts as 3rd party CS for smaller banks. Being smaller banks, they often cannot provide their own systems or websites. TSYS provides them, but the quality of these websites is not very good, plus some of the banks they represent are on the sketchy side. All of this rolls dowhill to you, the CS agent. You will spend most of your days apologizing for either something you are restricted from doing to help the customer, or for a previous mistake made by another CS agent. Also, the training is a joke so if you can't learn on the job and teach yourself this may not be for you.

Be careful who you talk to, who you complain to, and who you talk to outside of working hours, some of the male coworkers were pervs and one guy even got caught with sexual harassment.
