    Enjoyed the opportunity and my time with the TTC. Just like any company keep your personal business out of the office and you will do fine.

    It was the end of an era when Andy Byford left and the TTC has struggled. In the last 6-8 years certain managers have mastered the role of deception and manipulation. The act of favouritism has skyrocketed, sad but true HR and Human Rights at TTC are fully aware of the alarming problem but continue to support and protect their managers instead of the non managerial employees who have NO union protection.     Advice to Management

    Listen and protect your employees. There are amazing, loyal and dedicated employees at the TTC but there are also a lot of bad apples in the bunch too. The employees are coming forward with their experiences of verbal abuse, favouritism, isolation and harassment why don't you believe them?
