    Pros

    Decent pay and desperate overtime pay makes great money. work from home, some equipment provided.

    Cons

    politics. training issues, the guidelines are not clear and what is expected can at time not be done with out you scrambling to either lie to customers so that you can meet the goals set by the company. the whole ownership mental thing is a bit much

    Pros

    Full benefits Referral bonus Relatively decent pay Work from home Coworkers are awesome

    Cons

    Can’t tell customers/clients when a computer program is being used to give final say on a situation (required to use); have to “own” the call even when customers are demanding you change the answer because you have given them the impression (because you can’t say you are required to use a computer program to generate yes/no) you have full control of the outcome. They want you to reach certain time frames and stats that are practically impossible considering you pretty much can’t do anything without a trainer’s say and they are completely understaffed in that area.

    Pros

    You can work from home with TTEC. They pay for your insurance licenses.

    Cons

    You have a lot of work to do managing your team of agents. My current team started at 37 agents.
