Pros
I do not believe there were any 'pros' to having worked for this BPO - other than having left. If you enjoy OVER the top motivational videos every morning during training where someone is screaming at you - hey - give it a go -
Cons
Ensuring that the team leads are the most ignorant and brain dead among the herd might be the boldest strategy that Revana has yet attempted, only upping the ante with pure nepotism, mixed messages, sexual harassment, goal-post shifting, emotional abuse tactics by upper management, gas lighting, and racing to the bottom with wages and the overall treatment of their workers. Work at the Tempe facility at your own peril. They talk a good game but when you actually need that work life balance they will literally use it against you.

My current experience with TTEC
Apr 30, 2018 - Anonymous Employee in Manila, ManilaRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Not sure if this is just GPMS specific; but our current organization makes sure there is work life balance - which is a very important aspect in my life. Also - TTEC encourages social diversity and awareness; and provides activities such as Rave, Cultural Foundations, etc. Some of which I provide value to for an employer.
Cons
I live in the Philippines; which is one of the traffic capitals of the world. Regardless of the time that I leave the house, can't seem to avoid the traffic anymore. So I am not sure how TTEC can help with relieve the stress of the employees going to work in the B&M sites. I feel that this is uncontrollable at the moment.

Work life balance is sometimes too much as with all bpo related companies work timings are sometimes week-off schedules can be improved too.

Great people but IT dept is a mess
Apr 23, 2019 - Software Systems Architect in Denver, CORecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I enjoy interacting with my colleagues and my director is really good at his job. Great work/life balance and very flexible.
Cons
The company itself struggles quite a bit to make profitable decisions. Initiatives don't really turn out as envisioned. Upper management is in place because of tenure not skill. Too many chiefs. Isn't really a place where you can grow your career.
