I have been working at TTM Technologies part-time

    Pros

I love how there are activities during the holidays, to remind one that he or she is human and that there is life outside those walls. Seriously, though, I I love the environment, although as a younger individual, I feel out of place sometimes.

    Cons

The internship program could use a little more structure. there's just so much going into the pcb manufacturing that one cannot learn everything in 12 weeks.

    Advice to Management

    They're doing a great job.

I worked at TTM Technologies part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I enjoyed the people I worked with on a daily basis and loved the management over me.

    Cons

It's in a manufacturing facility, which means it's loud, doesn't smell the greatest, and bad lighting on the production floor.

    Advice to Management

I really liked my managers that were over me

I worked at TTM Technologies full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The people are great to work with and many have been there a long time. There are not many PCB companies left.

    Cons

Several sites were going in the wrong direction and there is a lot of consolidation that is going on. It may be better to start working there in 2017.

    Advice to Management

I think they are on the right track in many ways, but management seems to manage as if everything was a zero sum game.
