    Pros

Work at home.with low overhead costs.

    Cons

Terrible management and administration. They do not respect the people who work under them. HUGE turn-over with the company constantly looking for new staff to replace the staff they force out because of incompetence of management.

    Advice to Management

To the owner, Ms. Kelly, get new management.

    Pros

Can't think of any at the moment. Maybe clients can think of some pros, but I cannot as an "employee."

    Cons

As a contractor you should have some autonomy over your work. Mixed messages from too many cooks in the kitchen.

    Advice to Management

Too many cooks in the kitchen. Be more consistent with messages from said "cooks." If changes need to be made, be specific. Anything less is useless and just an excuse to cause stress.

Can't think of any except no one really bothers you.

    Cons

Only time you hear from management is when you do something wrong

    Advice to Management

    Try being supportive

    Pros

Excellent team and manager to work with.

    Cons

    Management is lacking behavior skill

    Advice to Management

Should learn behavior skill. Should be fair and transparent to the employee. Should not promise something that they know will not be accomplished.

    I worked at TTS full-time

    Pros

None. I was NOT able to set my own schedule.

    Cons

Not able to set your own schedule. There is a lot of AGEISM, SALARISM (as in they do not pay a livable wage). Unprofessional. Like working with a bunch of catty high school mean girls, very gossipy behind your back.

    Advice to Management

    Get a new job.

I have been working at TTS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Not sure at this point

    Cons

Unrealistic expectations of work, too many different specs for account, lack of training (in my case 2 hours), MTs are at the bottom of the totem pole.

    Advice to Management

Learning curve is a must especially when you have so many rules you want followed. Don't hire unless you have the work. I have been here over a month and still haven't had a full check. I've been an MT for 10 years and this company has been an eye opener.

    Pros

Good decent salary. Pays on time, even the reimbursements. Management is approachable.

    Cons

Lack of technical training to employees.

    Advice to Management

Overall good company. Better if the management can provide technical training.
