I have been working at TTi Global (More than a year)

    Pros

    Not much good to say.

    Cons

HR department is very unprofessional, they'll lie just to get you off the phone. One person told me one thing, and then turned around and said the opposite when their boss was on the line.
Low pay, poor benefits, and very little vacation time.

I have been working at TTi Global full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I really enjoy the people I work with, everyone including management are very friendly and helpful when needed. Office is big, modern and spacious, all the equipment new/modern, we even have a nice lunch room/cafe. Their benefits and PTO are better than other companies I have worked for.

    Cons

Would like more recognition when doing good work, but I always feel valued as an employee.

    Advice to Management

More employee engagement/communication, it's a lot better than before, but keep it going!

I worked at TTi Global full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Culture is okay and still privately owned

    Cons

Room for advancement is poor. Upper management isn't pleasant and lacked appreciation for their loyal, hardworking employees. There is limited flexibility and compensation is poor.

    Advice to Management

Focus on what you do well instead of trying to do multiple things mediocre. Treat your employees well..allow for flexibility, engagement and learning opportunities. Grow properly.

I worked at TTi Global full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

TTi allows most of there employees the flexibility to create there own hours. The current office that TTi has is very modern and cozy with great areas to work at besides your desk

    Cons

You will have to compete with your bosses significant other whether it be in recruiting or training. Preferential Treatment towards those with connections. TTi has no Career Development or clear career path. No Salary Increases despite being good at your job. Consistently Micromanaged by old school managers. Managers don't think your working if you use other ares beside you desk.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees and develop them. Do not make your employees be stuck in awkward situations where they have to be competing with there managers spouse. If you want to be taken seriously don't allow your managers to hire there spouses it makes all employees disgruntled and makes you look unprofessional to your clients.

I worked at TTi Global full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Relaxed work environment, good work/life balance, always got a bonus christmas vacation (2 weeks extra PTO), and good coworkers.

CEO does a lot of great charitable work to promote women in business.

    Cons

A bit hesitant to changes as an organization and always heard grumblings about nepotism.

    Advice to Management

Do a better job to promote from within; oftentimes open management positions were filled by external candidates, which decreased morale.

    Pros

The family built a business off the back of a number of key associates. The family has benefitted. This is just a temp agency that now believes that the management staff are driving this business. News to you...your customer and this market drives you. You do nothing innovative.

    Cons

Legalized global pimping. This is your business? Please sell the place to an organization that will change the culture and actually develop people.

    Advice to Management

Go learn something about people and actually operating a legitimately growing business. Develop a product or do something innovative

    Pros

Great people and great company. A family environment and great culture. I love the open office concept; no cubes. The CEO is a great leader who inspires you to work harder. There is a yoga studio and classes in the office.

    Cons

It's a very flat organization. There is not a lot of room for upward mobility unless you are willing to work outside of the country.
