    Pros

Great benefits at a very fair cost. Good, fair PTO. Good compensation, they leave you alone, no micro management, the main office people are polite, easy to deal with.

    Cons

often allowed to tell as you are working for the customer directly. Lacking opportunities to advance your career. Contact over, out of a job with little notice.

    Advice to Management

Your a contact company build some nets in to protect your people when contacts end, thus would help keep your talent you support and build your business. Invest in your people.

I worked at TTi Global full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Decent benefits, nice working environment, awesome co-workers

    Cons

No possibility for advancement, upper management will throw employees under the bus to deflect negative comments form a client, upper management will not listen to the few talented people who dares to step their foot in the door and suggest process improvements.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the people who know what they are doing or get out of the training development game.

I worked at TTi Global full-time

    Pros

Open clean environment, friendly staff, standard benefits package

    Cons

NO leadership, No support, sink or swim attitude.

    Advice to Management

To boast over 40 years in business and not have any employees other than top management with more than 5 years with the company is not something to be proud of. To watch a department that started the company go from 40 to 5 in 5 years is not something to be proud of. To leave your staff in the middle of the road while a bus comes is not something to be proud of. To be more concerned about attending global receptions then stay home and work.
Its obvious that this is not the same company that started over 40 years ago. They have become global and have forgotten where they come from. Employment at TTi has become a revolving door as such. People are hired at not introduced to anyone, which is fine because chances are most wont be there long enough to remember.
It's sad to think that this company once had pride. Once cared about staff and the work they produced.
My "advice" to management would be to stand up and look at what remains. Stand up and take responsibility for the lack of leadership that you have provided. If your not willing to do these 2 simple things, then please close the door on this chapter and move on and let others get on with their lives. Stop pretending.

    Pros

    Not much good to say.

    Cons

HR department is very unprofessional, they'll lie just to get you off the phone. One person told me one thing, and then turned around and said the opposite when their boss was on the line.
Low pay, poor benefits, and very little vacation time.

    Pros

I really enjoy the people I work with, everyone including management are very friendly and helpful when needed. Office is big, modern and spacious, all the equipment new/modern, we even have a nice lunch room/cafe. Their benefits and PTO are better than other companies I have worked for.

    Cons

Would like more recognition when doing good work, but I always feel valued as an employee.

    Advice to Management

More employee engagement/communication, it's a lot better than before, but keep it going!

I worked at TTi Global full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

TTi allows most of there employees the flexibility to create there own hours. The current office that TTi has is very modern and cozy with great areas to work at besides your desk

    Cons

You will have to compete with your bosses significant other whether it be in recruiting or training. Preferential Treatment towards those with connections. TTi has no Career Development or clear career path. No Salary Increases despite being good at your job. Consistently Micromanaged by old school managers. Managers don't think your working if you use other ares beside you desk.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees and develop them. Do not make your employees be stuck in awkward situations where they have to be competing with there managers spouse. If you want to be taken seriously don't allow your managers to hire there spouses it makes all employees disgruntled and makes you look unprofessional to your clients.

    Advice to Management

Focus on what you do well instead of trying to do multiple things mediocre. Treat your employees well..allow for flexibility, engagement and learning opportunities. Grow properly.
