    Pros

You're constantly learning about new destinations for travel. Once in a while you can take advantage of a good travel deal.

    Cons

Senior management does not support or provide enough resources to allow employees to do a great job. Staff is overloaded and overworked, resulting in low morale.

    Advice to Management

Treat your regular employees better; they are the ones making memorable trips happen for employees. Treat employees with respect and compensate them appropriately.

"Toxic environment with mix of inexperienced "directors""

    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at TUI Group full-time

    Pros

Subsidized parking / free ORCA pass.
    Great view of the waterfront.
    Most employees are friendly.
They offer health insurance, 401k and Paid time off
    Flexible work hours.

    Cons

    Pay is below average.
    Benefits are average.
    High school - cliquish environment.
    High employee turnover.
Offers free travel but expect to work. Not a true benefit.
    Undermining and micromanaging "directors"
Upper management and other departments will never take responsibility and accountability for company failures.
    Non-collaborative environment.
    "Everyone for themselves" attitude.
    Favoritisms in the upper levels.

    Advice to Management

Executive level- ask why the high employee turnover. You may want to completely overhaul the marketing department. Top two levels are not experienced at their jobs. Currently, this is their first time as "directors." No other real world experience outside of the company.

I worked at TUI Group full-time

    Pros

Employees are really passionate about travel and have a good comradery with one another. When sales goals are met, the company rewards employees with small things that go a long way.

    Cons

Executive management have no idea what direction they want to go in. They are very clickish and have to make decisions all together, all the time. Very poor leadership from the top down. Backstabbing is a common practice.

    Advice to Management

Figure out what you want, stick with it and communicate it.

I have been working at TUI Group full-time

    Pros

    Well, there is free coffee.

    Cons

Faked understanding & bad process/communication/qa riddles the company, so initiatives break before they start & when they begin.

    Advice to Management

Hire people that know what they are doing and can lead. The company is full of people in charge faking until they make it, but they never make it.

    Pros

Get to see world make new friends

    Cons

Management unsupportive, especially when people have given up everything to come overseas. Management had favourites and basically wrong doing was overlooked if you were in the gang yet innocent mistakes for the wrong people resulted in diciplinary action

    Advice to Management

Treat all staff on same level as equals
