I worked at TUI Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Exciting product to take to highend consumer market.

    Cons

Limited corporate focus on capital improvements, specifically around infrastructure, computer systems and SaaS.

    Advice to Management

Invest in the future of the company and the products it sells. Maintain much clearer brand awareness between self and sister company Sunsail.

    Pros

good salary and amazing travel and hotel bonus.
You get great opportunities to travel to amazing places. The time off benefits are amazing.

    Cons

all management decisions seem to take forever due to indecisiveness. I've been here more than a year, and haven't received a raise because the company's about to be sold.

    Advice to Management

    Incentivize employees with raises!

I have been working at TUI Group full-time

    Pros

Exciting high end travel company, great employees, travel opportunities, highly profitable, variety in scope of work, good work life balance in most departments, company has doubled in employees in the past 2 years, management is approachable, high energy workplace, employees have created a fun culture

    Cons

Doesn't value employees (salaries), have heard benefits for families aren't great (insurance and maternity time off), despite high profits no bonuses, high turnover in certain departments

    Advice to Management

Value employees with competitive salaries, look at how to be competitive in Seattle job market and retain employees.

    Pros

Meeting different peopl rejoiner e everyday, plenty days off which you can offer to work extra flights, friendly crew, commission on flights, good salary.

    Cons

Office staff, very sales driven and no recognition when you have done something well, unlikely to be kept on after first season but also more unlikely to be made anything other than a re-joiner, which means you are laid off every winter for about 13 years of employment.
