    Pros

    For a large company, certain members of upper management (MD/CEO) put a great deal of effort into allowing all employees to feel valued and involved.

    Cons

    There is a large gap in communication between Middle and Upper management which for a company with such large geographic distances between teams who work directly with each other is damaging.

    Advice to Management

    Be transparent. Be available. Allow employees to feel as though they are safe and able to discuss progress or issues without prejudice.

    Pros

    You get great opportunities to travel to amazing places. The time off benefits are amazing.

    Cons

    Some management decisions seem to take forever due to indecisiveness. I've been here more than a year, and haven't received a raise because the company's about to be sold.

    Advice to Management

    Incentivize employees with raises!

    Pros

    Environmentally friendly, fun working atmosphere, open floor plan.

    Cons

    HR outsourced to shared services center based in another state. Most functions have been removed from the US office and returned to the UK.

    I have been working at TUI Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - international working environment
    - opportunity to develop and try many different types of roles
    - dynamic and result driven company

    Cons

    - as it is a large organisation, the internal politics can be inefficient and time consuming
    - although it is an international environment it is still challenging to move roles across businesses if you do not know the right people. (HR have limited visibility, motivation to work across businesses and markets)

    Advice to Management

    - continue to challenge yourselves
    - evaluate/analyse cost savings and actions better and understand what their long term impact will be for the business
