I worked at TV Guide Magazine full-time

    Pros

Great group of people - 14 of the best years of my career. I was able to be a part of a great management team.

    Cons

The company has changed hands too many times and lacked stability in the end.

    Advice to Management

Work with the employees and understand their needs - the company with do better if they had alternate influences.

I worked at TV Guide Magazine as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

I was treated like an employee not just an intern. They gave me real work to do and trusted me to complete it. I learned a lot from the team and gained valuable skills in photo editing and research. It was by far the best internship i've ever had. Great co-workers and a fun work environment.

    Cons

I have no cons it was a great internship.

    Advice to Management

A paid internship would have been nice but they did give me a little stipend at the end which was nice.
