Current Employee - Program Coordinator in San Francisco, CA

    Pros

In the News Departament where I worked, it was a good place to meet interesting people and challenging situations that will make one think before acting...

    Cons

Poor management, employees were not encouraged to give their best, as if it did not matter. The paycheck was not motivating enough and the promotion almost non existent

    Advice to Management

Give some more attention to the people you work with and from time to time show your appreciation for their efforts. More transparency in their decisions would help as well
