I have been working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK full-time

    Pros

Nice facility. Nice little perks like company picnic and occasional happy hour. Great dental. Decent medical. Most people here are pretty hard-working and competent.

    Cons

We aren't given evaluative reviews and the process for getting a significant raise or a promotion are elusive. Feels like high school with social status and who you are chums with mattering way more than it should. Schedule is rigid with everyone flocking towards the door at 5pm.

    Advice to Management

Develop a better way to evaluate, promote, and compensate based on performance.

I worked at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK full-time

    Pros

The ability of working directly with clients, with the outcome success in your hands.

    Cons

Very poor scheduling, you had to call in the night before to see if your on the schedule then there were times you show up and are sent home for lack of work with no pay.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to schedule jobs, be more courteous to employees by putting yourself in their shoes.

I worked at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Tips are great. If you get injured, they can find some office or warehouse work for you to do to get more hours.

    Cons

It's a tough job, lots of heavy lifting and moving, on your feet all day. The turnover rate is so high, so your treated as expendable because they have so many new employees in all the time.

    Advice to Management

Give more raises. If you want to retain good employees and don't have to worry about a high turnover rate, pay your employees better. It'll help you out in the long run. New workers always have the most damages and injuries. Pay the old dogs more, and you'll have better service too. Better service=better reviews=more customers. It's a no brainer.

    Pros

Don't worry about being bored here and never say you need more to do. There is no shortage of things to be tackled. Staff is generally highly involved and dedicated to driving success in the organization.

    Cons

Decisions often not pushed down the organization.

    Advice to Management

Listen more to the experts you hire.
