    Pros

14 an hour job, with a demand of work force

    Cons

Lack of training. Also noticed that they might pay for your medical bill if you get injured, to cover their franchise.

    Advice to Management

Need to imply basic moving techniques and also include lifting techniques. If you want people for the long run you might want to get these boys benefits.
