    I worked at TZA full-time

    Pros

Not a lot of people in the home office, but the few there are pleasant.
TZA has an all-company catered meeting twice a year to get all employees up to speed with sales and events.
Plenty of work to do, so it doesn't get boring.

    Cons

Very quiet and isolated in the office. Maybe up to 15 people at the most in a larger office setting. No where to eat lunch, except at your desk. (There is one microwave though.) Otherwise have to drive at least 5 miles to nearest eatery.

Never really felt appreciated, especially by upper management. Always felt like I was talked down to, or ignored until some time sensitive event came up.
Promotion is by attrition, for those that didn't already quit on their own or get let go.

    Advice to Management

Hire smarter people, not just the cheapest. Treat them well. You get what you pay for in the end.
Go to a more modern benefits (PTO) system.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at TZA full-time

    Pros

This is gratifying work that genuinely helps improve quality of life for client employee base. Additionally, there is a demonstrable impact on the bottom line of the client.

    Cons

Benefits package is lackluster, only two sick days per year, 80% travel position, you'll see less than 20% of what is billed to the client for the work you do

    Negative Outlook

    I worked at TZA full-time

    Pros

good work/life balance, relaxed work environment

    Cons

too much like a call center, not a true business development position, call lists are sub par and make for a big challenge when none of the companies can utilize the company's products, calling was more to qualify companies as potential clients
