I have been working at Table Mountain Casino full-time

    Pros

Paid breaks and lunches, free food. Good benefits - $1,500 a year dental, $250 a year vision, 100% medical if you use their insurance. Free turkey and ham during the holidays to take home to family plus eat there.

    Cons

Bad air from smoking customers, minimum wage for most jobs. Point system for attendance - many workers came to work sick.

I worked at Table Mountain Casino full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Can't think of any good reason to work here.

    Cons

    Arbitrary and paranoid work environment.

    Advice to Management

Native American management is uneducated and evil.

I worked at Table Mountain Casino full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent health insurance and 401k plan. HR is generally very helpful and curtious, secret shopper bonuses every few months, holiday benefits, steady hours and weekends

    Cons

Lots of party kids working there, not great employees to work with. Supervisors and managers are great in this department.

    Advice to Management

Higher base pay, provide mental health insurance, provide holiday pay, completely overhaul the attendance point system

I worked at Table Mountain Casino full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

manager and supervisors are great people. I enjoyed our conversations. They understood that I was new and didn't pressure me too hard while I did my job. Always encouraging. They were open to my concerns. The pay was good. Helped me get by. It was like a family there.

    Cons

To be honest the cons were the bad air quality, and unfortunately there was also someone in the count room that was disrespectful not only to me because I was new, but to other people in the count room.

    Advice to Management

Maybe add a stricter discipline to those who don't behave during work (disrespecting others, shouting, telling others how to do the job when that individual already knows the routine).

I have been working at Table Mountain Casino full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Benefits, pay, coworkers, overtime. I really like the bonus and health coverage given to me. One of a kind for the area

    Cons

Not many cons at all other than guests smoking in the casino. If I were to potentially list any others I would still say none

    Pros

Nothing that I can think of in light of the negative things.

    Cons

You can work for them for years or months and they'll turn on you with "You're fired" in a second. Even when trying to do the best intentions, you get fired.

    Advice to Management

Resign. Council, you are a laughing stock.

I worked at Table Mountain Casino full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Decent money and the employees are amazing. The health insurance is very good. They have a monopoly on gaming in the area.

    Cons

The tribe is HORRIBLE!!! Cost me money and the female tribal members have issue with females in management. They are so far from the real world it's not even funny. Don't look at them the wrong way. Management turnover is ridiculous and the tribe is making money hand over fist.

    Advice to Management

    If you're a female, don't even try.
