I have been working at Taco Bell full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Coworkers and most managers are great. Closing can be fun when not busy.

    Cons

The overnight customers can be harsh. A lot of drunks come through and start trouble. Pay is not great.

    Advice to Management

Keep an eye on all of your managers/shift leads. There is a lot of secretive and rude behavior at times.
