I have been working at Taco Bell part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Make above minimum wage, good benefits (including free food) and equal opprotunities to raise in rank.

    Cons

Any one can be a manager even people who really don't deserve it (pick favorites). Requests and demands not always listened too nor are your ideas.

    Advice to Management

Please don't give employers multiple tasks at once and then wonder why the last one was never completed. Make good and fair schedules.

    Pros

    Easily transferrable around the country.

One of our laziest managers got a raise because she was pregnant.

I worked at Taco Bell part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Basically, if your coworkers are cool, the job is cool. If they are stuck up or something it ruins the whole thing. Work isn't too hard, it's a good first job.

    Cons

People get grumpy. That kinda sucks, but is to be expected of a customer service job. They don't really respect students like they should. Sometimes they'll have you working late when you have school the next day.

    Advice to Management

    Respect school more. Appointments too.
