I worked at Taco Bell full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Paid ok, definitely not worth the effort however. Benefits were good, but you don't make a ton of money so a large portion of ur income is needed to pay for those benefits.

    Cons

I worked obscene hours. Once had a week I was in store 87 hours. On top of that I was moved from store to store being told that once I righted the ship on one, that I needed a new task, and that anyone could hit numbers at that store. Ultimately I left because I saw no chance to progress no matter how hard I worked.

    Advice to Management

I hear that now hours are limited for Agm/Rgm, that wasn't the case during my time (ended 2015).

Truly reward GMs they are the life blood of your organization.

    Pros

Taco Bell is a good place to start off at. its very flexible and if you are halfway intelligent you can stand out. Advancement is readily available in large districts.

Sparratic hours. Co-workers can be a little dim. SELL SELL SELL attitude

    Advice to Management
