I have been working at Taco Bell full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Advancement Opportunities Great Culture Rewards Excellence Consistent Recognition Competitive Pay

    Cons

Be wary of franchise locations. Franchises don’t consistently embody the values of the Brand. Many franchises are family-operated, with high ranking positions going to relatives or friends of the owners.

I worked at Taco Bell full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The only pro would be the health care package if you can’t find any free time that isn’t hemorrhaged by the ridiculous hours

    Cons

-Management requires a mandatory minimum of 45 hours per week but the salary is based of a 40 hours week. You will lose 5 hours per week in value on salary. -No work/life balance: you WILL be required to fill any management gaps as they require one certified manager per shift. If there is no certified managers you will be utilized as team member coverage quite frequently -VOC system is highly compromised. Your bonuses will be based on customer surveys but you easily just go home and fill them out yourself. It makes no sense and all RGM frequently utilize this exploit. -Taco bell offers “flexible” scheduling to its non management staff which means in order for their schedule to be flexible, your schedule must be open for their coverage -Salaried hours are counted into the daily SPMH matrix which means you required to work on the line as needed as well as juggle all executive functions. Which really means you’re just a glorified team member -No comp time is offered. If you work well over your hours (and it’s guaranteed that you will) you do not receive any additional PTO

I have been working at Taco Bell full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Bonus metrics are easily achievable, bonus with salary is decent pay.

    Cons

Constant turnover due to the demand of the job. Customer base program based of customers opinions of your service is a joke, and is a tool used to take money away from the g.m.
