I worked at Taco Bell full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

when working for a good franchise owned store, you will typically be treated well. The one i specifically worked for was ran fairly well. when you get a good team going and everyone is proficient in their position it makes for a great shift.

    Cons

people come and goo too often, it is fast food. high-stress. handled customer complaints. required to work late some times. 50 hours minimum required per week which will deteriorate your work/life balance especially having kids. because it is fast food, you end up working with pretty incompetent people...

    Advice to Management

take care of your managers and treat them well.

I have been working at Taco Bell full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

They generally are willing to work with a school schedule. A lot of the other employees have been really great. Other than that not a whole lot to say.

    Cons

Management will lie. They really only care about making money and I always get the feeling that they view employees as disposable. Also the pay is not very good.

    Advice to Management

Maybe make an effort to make people want to stay.

I worked at Taco Bell full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They will work with you about hours you can work.

    Cons

If you have any kind of disabilities, mental, hearing, etc. I wouldn't work in this store.

    Advice to Management

Need to improve there training skills, sensitive to people with disabilities. Front cashier shouldn't be doing things for those in the back area cause this is crossconment in some county your health department would fine you and the company.
