I have been working at Taco Bell full-time

    Pros

Great place for experience. A few great people to get to know and maybe even be friends with somewhere down the "Line". Make a decent amount each hour.

    Cons

I was hired on and started with VERY minimal training, i had enough for me to understand what goes into what , and figure out how make a burrito, but hands on was about a 0 when all you really do is what the information videos feed you. Very easy to have stressful days, and will leave all dishes purposely stacked from the morning to the night shift.

    Advice to Management

    Act like management

I worked at Taco Bell part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nice uniforms, good schedule, considerate manager, fair wages, multiple locations on bus lines. Management opportunites were frequently posted both in our store and others

    Cons

High turnover made for frustration and difficult shifts due to inexperienced staff. Management positions were more often filled by those with the most flexibility to work a varied schedule.
