    Gets really hectic if your coworkers don't know what they're doing and closing sucks because they open so late.

    I learned how to wrap a burrito and I had an opportunity to start training to manager.

    They played favoritism, instead of how an individual work.

    Choose no favorites, pay attention to all workers.

    Some of the advantages of working for Tacobell/kfc was that they offered decent benefits

    Cons

    Reoccurring problems or complaints in the business were mostly about the pay or the hours

    Advice to Management

    My advice would be to just show a little more appreciation to your employees especially the ones putting in outstanding work
