I worked at Tactara full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Definitely the people and co-workers were the best part of this company. Middle management was good, just tried to get things done and make progress. Perks were great too.

    Cons

Some of the upper management were difficult to work with. The company lost their vision and stopped working to develop new products.

I worked at Tactara full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Tactara was really a great company, I'm really sad about it closing. It was a really fun culture with a alot of smart co workers. Sure there was alot of busy days, but its called work not happy fun time. I greatly disagree with all the other low reviews on here. And Crosby was one of the best CEO's that someone could ask for. I cannot wait to see what comes next for his future business ventures.

    Cons

I cannot say one bad thing about the company. I just wish we could have stayed in business longer.
